England vs Italy

We've got a little bar lined up where the landlord stays open until we stop drinking. He also likes playing Rage Against The Machine on the most outrageious speaker stack for a small village. His wife was not ammused last year and came down to shut the windows and doors, we were very impressed though. Surely Stella Bar will have it on.....or then again it might be Go-Go dancers and a French folk act.
Bit of a random question, but does anybody know if this will be shown on French terrestrial TV?
Reason I ask is that we will be showing Le Mans (Eurosport)at camp, but it would be good to also show the football on a second screen. To avoid having a second satellite receiver, I was wondering if it is likely to be able to be received using the the freeview receiver in the second TV?

Why on earth travel hundreds of miles and spend a large sum of money to go to the biggest motor race in the world and then watch football while it is on, if you think football is that important why are you at Le mans, OK you might want to know the result but why miss any of the race you have paid a load of money to watch something that is really not very omportant

Again as a non football fan I still wouldn't mind seeing the match (I really can't believe I am defending football), for me Le Mans is first and foremost about the experience and a great long weekend with friends with some excellent racing at the heart of it. I don't think it makes a person an LM hater if they spend 90 mins of the weekend not watching the race.gt6 said:

Because I don't ever watch all 24 hours of the race anyway and I think its an act of absolute dedication if you do. If this was on at the start or finish of the race I could see your point but its on for about 90 mins in the middle of the race. Its the national team playing at a World Cup Finals, you may not think that's "important" but many of us do. I want to see that and a fair few others too.
Le Mans is not just about the race for me. Its about the atmosphere, the show and the spectacle too.
