Really? So a gopro mounted on the front bumper or inside the car would be fine?
Definitely not on the outside the car. Anything inside seems ok. The rules still clearly state 'no cameras' but they've definitely stopped enforcing it. The carpark is chock full of cams, I saw a 4C go out with five (yes five) GoPros in the cabin (at least three of them pointed at the driver, yes he was Italian
)They also don't seem to be bothered about how its mounted. I've seen someone go through with a large handycam loosely gaffa taped to the dash...

Haha yeah I'm actually more worried about this than an accident at the circuit.
Hehe! So long as my friend breaks down first I'll be happy
In 3 years I've never known him to do more than 10mins of a track day without breaking it! I will continue the journey without him... Top gear style

Here's the vid for anyone who's interested
That was my third lap out of four, fourth one was better until I saw yellow flags and a big accident! After analysing the video it seems I lost a lot of time from 3 or 4 corners which led onto a long straight, either took the wrong line or hit traffic.
Already looking forward to the next trip
