Is there a super-lightweight backpack anyone can recommend just for gym gear etc? Cheers

Look at the fell running packs from companies like Inov8, Solomon and others. Light well-designed packs.

Does your gym allow you to hire lockers? Mine asks £15 per month. Sceptical initially but money well spent.... for me at least.

Dont most backpacks weigh the same, its just the stuff you throw in them makes them heavy?

There can be an appreciable difference but I'm not sure why anyone needs a superlightweight backpack for taking stuff to the gym - unless you are running/cycling there in the first place.

Shhh.... I wasnt going to mention that... I got the Berghaus 30 for snowboarding, it works quite well as does it for general day to day carrying of crap like to the gym.
