These look stonking value for around £5000 with about 70,000-90,000m on the clock. A quick search in dicated nothing really to look for. Anyone know if there is. Most have FSH, 12 month MoT, etc. Do these engine have cambelts of chains?

front suspension bushes & ball joints are prone to wearing, cdi injectors have been known to fail & unfortunately rust can be an issue around the usual places like bottom of doors, wheel arches etc. I've also known the odd turbo to fail due to sticking vanes causing the vehicle to go into limp home mode. Air mass sensors can fail usually due to the fact that the car is overfilled with oil & the breather system then clogs up & a heavy oil mist passes through the intake system contaminating the air mass sensor. Air conditioning condenser radiators fail due to stone damage so make sure a/c works.
At the end of the day just make sure the car your buying has a good service history with paperwork to back it up & remember its a used car so something is likely to wear out at some point !
Finally it has a timing chain & as long as its had regular oil changes it should be trouble free.

Great, thanks. Most I am looking at seem to have fairly comprehensive histories which is positive.
