Sticker on small vans, green circle with white inner circle?

Does anyone know what the green circular sticker means on some newer small vans?

The sticker is a green circle with a white circle inside. The white circle has seven equidistant lines radiating from the centre.

I haven't seen it but it's driving my wife nuts as we can't find info anywhere!

I was actually wondering the same thing this morning (was behind a brand new VW Caddy for a few miles), and that van monster logo is the one. I had always assumed it was a hire company sticker.

Northgate.

It's put on all their rentals/leases. I suspect they all put one on all the stuff that goes to them for servicing/repairs.

It is Northgate, seeing it on lots more stuff nowadays.

I first started to look it up when I saw a small white Fester van on the M3 northbound early mornings around Basingstoke, driver was a complete and would repeatedly tailgate and force people out the way. Only thing on the van was that small sticker.

No idea if he still does it, I travel later than I used too.
