Found it in the car, magnetic cap clicks onto the bolt.

Previous owner thinks it was from Leven, not compared it to anything (header tank etc) to see if it's an obvious replacement.

It's a swirl pot plug to replace the original brass slotted plug. Should be a lot easier to undo, though I've lost the magnetic cap on mine.
