Engine recondition

Hi guys need some help!

I have an old ford pinto engine that I want to get looked at and possibly reconditioned. Can anyone point me in the direction of a garage preferably near worthing?? Thanks

If it's holding good oil pressure and not blowing to much smoke it should be OK

If not there are engine reconditioning firms that do it for a few hundred but you only get 3 months warranty
Others such as Vulcan or Burtons will do a high performance one for about £1500
I do my own, if its worn enough to warrant a rebuild it probably needs a rebore and new pistons
