Does anyone know where I can get an iPhone link lead with a Lightning connector?

I got one from Apple. Goes onto the lead already in the car and converts from their old style to the new.

I bought this, which is excellent. You can power your iPhone 5 from the USB port and use the Tune2Air as a Bluetooth link to the stereo. It also plays all your MP4 format files, which the Aston Premium system doesn't, without this device.

I use the lightning converter but since iOS 7 it no longer charges the phone

With the adaptor from Apple my iPhone 5s connect perfectly, charges and plays all my tunes to Premium audio.
