Sorry can't help but I saw it advertised too and thought it looked rather nice. Fortunately its a very long way from me.

I've got pictures of it with black wheels, I think it was a previous add but looks great with them.

That looks like the one that was for sale in Ayrshire, somewhere near the coast if I remember correctly, back in August last year when I was looking. Sorry can't help with its history.

Its been up for sale for awhils ,it was already advertised before I put mine up for sale 2 months ago.
if I remember correctly it was very keenly priced & had had an engine rebuild,nitrons & other goodies ,sounded like a really sorted car ?

IF it is Brakedusts old car, it didn't have an engine rebuild, it had a completely new engine built by APM (call Andy to confirm). And IIRC, Brakedust was asking around about chassis builders not long before he sold it, so that may be the reason.

Why did brakedust sell it after spending all that money on a brand new engine, seems abit odd ?
