Audi A4 Cabrio 2.0 or 2.5 TDi which is better?
Discussion
As per the title, am considering the purchase of a 4 seat diesel cabrio with a little bit of poke (I'm more a low-down torque than a high revs man) so which is the better motor, the Audi A4 Cabrio with the 2.0 TDI or the older 2.5 TDi lump.
Any other suggestions that fit the bill welcomed as well, budget around 6k or so I guess

Unfortunately MPG is the reason I'm doing this...
I currently run a 4.7 V8 Grand Cherokee, but with about 8k miles to drie throughout Europe fairly soon I need something that does more than 17mpg.
I used to have a 2002 1.9 A3 TDi and that was a terrible engine so I thought maybe the 2.5 would be better and still return me 40mpg or so which would make a 1500gbp difference to the cost of fuel for my trips.
If fuel was of no object I would have chosen either an M3 cab or an S4 cab (and been much happier lol)
