Burpee world record

A friend of mine is attempting the world record for most burpees in 24hrs.

That link is showing me a man with a semi doing exercises in shorts last seen in 70s. I would not want to be behind him when he does those lunges.

He's back, and ahead of target. It's 4:45 in the states, and he has done just over 6000 In 12.5hrs
