Advice needed

Hello all I'm relatively new to the cycling world so bare with me.

Around 8 months ago I bought a cannondale trail sl29er.

I used the bike maybe one a week covering a few miles at a time. However after owning the bike for just over 6 month the bottom bracket bearing completely collapsed. I contacted the dealership I bought the bike from to be told that specific part only has a 6 month warranty so I had to fix it myself.

This company is not local to me so they advised me to go to my local dealership to have the bike fixed and send them the damaged parts so they could pursue a claim with cannondale.

I've had the bike back around 4 weeks covering roughly 30 mile and the bearing is on it's way out again. I've been back to the place that fixed the bike and they have said they will look at it again but I was wondering if there could be a potential fault with the bike?

I've contacted cannondale directly but have had no reply.

The bike since I've owned it from new has covered no more than 75 mile and this will be on its 3rd bottom bracket.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The Tange Seiki LN-3912 is a square taper, probably a load of ste.

Is it an EBB? If so, over-tightening can cause premature wear.
