Racelogic VBox Lite. Not recording...

Hi everybody

I hope this is the correct place to ask (already posted on Racelogic forum, but need faster response)

I'm finally testing my VBox Lite after buying it used at the end of last year. I found that I cant' get it to start recording.

The Firmware is 3.0.55.

I can preview both camera outputs on the Scene designer in the set-up application, and the Power, Status and GPS lights are lit on the box itself.

When I press the record button I get two quick beeps, the 2nd one longer than the first. I can't see in the manuals what this might mean. There is a 16gb SD card in there which I can read just fine with my laptop. I noticed that the scene on the unit was a 4 camera scene, the Lite only supports 2 cameras so I've uploaded a default scene.

Any help please?

Ok, ignore this. I formatted the card and that resolved the problem.

Just to add that support on their forum is usually excellent - I've posted from race circuits and had a response within an hour.

Yup, it's really good in office hours, none existent at all other times however.
