Suddenly hitting boost cut...

Cars Honda Civic, fully forged, .60 AR turbo, Neptune management and normally runs 15psi steady using an old skool bleed valve.

So I've had a few problems ignition related recently which I've now solved by swapping the coil and ignitor. Today I've gone for a spin for the first time since swapping the bits over and for the first time since the car was mapped (over a year ago and well over 3000miles), it hits boost cut in most gears. I've not touched any if the charge pipework/vacuum lines.

Any ideas? I'm stumped!

Does the wastegate open at 15psi when sending compressed air through the control line?

Weren't the coil and igniters already toast when the car was mapped?

Na, both were fine when mapped.
I haven't tried pressurising the system yet. I'll try that and see what happens
