I am interested in used UK vehicles. I buy from internet car auctions like BCA and manheim. I buy cars through UK registered account. As soon as i buy used vehicle from these internet auctions, I export them outside EU.
These used vehicle bare 20% VAT in their price, is it possible to claim back that 20% VAT.

For referance I have attached recipt of used car I bought from online auction. I have yellow highlighted that 20% VAT. I want to know how is it possible claim back that VAT. I have proof of it's export outside EU.

If they're vat qualifying vehicles then the auction house doesn't have to charge you vat. The majority of used cars, unless they've been owned by lease companies, dealers or hire companies since new will be vat paid and you can't reclaim the vat.

That VAT (the main part highlighted by your arrow) would only be reclaimable if the car was bought by a company which was VAT registered so charging VAT on goods and/or services AFAIK. You might be exempt from the VAT charged on the auction fee if your business is registered outside the EU, the £83.87, but I'm not an accountant so could be wrong.
