BMW M5 E34 help required

Afternoon chaps.

I've got hold of an E34 M5 (3.6) on a 91 plate. The car has not ran for sometime and is currently a non runner. It has bent its valves and the last owner has removed the head.

It needs new valves (inlet iirc)a headset and the engine putting back together.

I am in need of someone in the know to come and have a look and give me the exact lowdown on what needs doing if possible.

I am based in Bradford West Yorkshire. I am happy to cover petrol costs and provide some generous hospitality for anyone taking up my offer.

The car has to be inspected in the driveway, it cannot be moved.

I would be extremely grateful if I could get some pointers on where to start.
