Anyone heard anything? Someone I know thought that there might be an announcement at Goodwood FoS. By then a lot the current 991 engine issues will be resolved too. I guess that is what is holding them back.

I was in Porsche Chiswick y'day where I'm about no 7 on the list for an RS.. they say they're unlikely to hear for a few months with possible build slots this time next year. That's just conjecture, I don't think they really have any idea. I also don't think I'm in with a chance of getting one, might as well register interest for a gen II RS and sit it out!!

I am still hearing Goodwood for announcement.


Not sure how it works in the UK but have a deposit down on one here,no information on timing. Hoping for mid 2015.

They are to stop the engine bursting into flames, a mod after 991 Gt3.
