It started with a simple side light bulb change - that wasn't and was just a bad connection - but too late though as i was too enthusiastic and pushed the fitting out - that was yesterday - today with black silicone purchased and back on the job, now dropped and chipped the ruddy rear lens. banghead

I thought a while back that there was a post on here where they had become available again, can anyone say if they are still for sale anywhere and from who.

Thanks
Steve

I found plastic weld solvent works well on these - I used PVC pipe cement and got a nearly invisible mend.

I con confirm that the clear (and very smelly) pipe cement is VERY strong stuff. Don't use it in a small space otherwise you start to see pink elephants (or perhaps LS6 engines) after a few minutes !

Neal from ML Performance Parts (ex-TVR Car Parts) sorted me a new set of brand new rear clusters for my 400SE

Hopefully sorted with a new one from Andy T but unfortunately he only has the passenger side left, fortunately though that's the side i need but would still like to pick up a new drivers side sometime in the future as there are minor cracks in it.

Anyone tried delivery of these? would there be pitfalls form buying from Argentina?

All making sense now, I've been using that solvent for 30. odd years.
