I have some frozen basa fillets. What should I do with them too make them a bit more tasty? Try and keep the suggestion healthy if you can. smile

Basa is mushy in texture and not particularly exciting in flavour.

I'd sprinkle a few chilli flakes over, give it a good squeeze of lemon/lime juice, a dash of soy, and then microwave.

Yes, microwave.

You could steam it wrapped in greaseproof paper if you really want, but I honestly don't think it's worth the bother.

Defrost and feed to any cats in the neighbourhood.

Get fish that has flavour and texture.

I am with this chap, dreadful muddy flavoured rubbish i am afraid.
