2005 boxster PCM not working

Hello, we have a 2005 boxster with nav and over winter it wasn't used. We had to charge the battery and now the stereo/nav system doesn't even turn on. We have checked fuses on the drivers side and also the fuse in the unit itself. Any ideas? Any helps appreciated.

try disconnecting the battery, leave 10 minutes then connected the battery back up (fully charged I take it).
