Car seat advice for lap belt

Hi. I have a 2 and a half year old son and newborn twins. I drive a 97 mitsibushi shogun which has a lap belt in the middle. Is there a car seat either for one of the twins or for my 2.5 year old that will safely fit with the lap belt? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I love my car!
