What did this?

I have some new fence panels in my garden waiting to be installed. Standard 6ft tall panels, and the are leaning upright against another existing part of the fence.

I just went outside and noticed that something has crapped on the top of one. Now, these are bird-coloured turds, but the freaky bit is, they are actual turds, and about the diameter of a 10 pence piece! And maybe 3" long!

What the effing eff type of flying creature is capable of dropping bombs like that? I haven't seen anything untoward flying around, but if that missing rhea was still alive I'd have suspected that I had found it. I do have pictures, but I haven't posted as it's nearly lunchtime….

It would certainly have to be something the size of a goose at least but unless it perched on the fence (is that likely?) it would have to be a very lucky shot from 200ft up!

How about Buzzard? They have become so populous that I think they are now regarded as a pest.
