Best way to add DAB and bluetooth to car stereo

I am asking this on behalf of a friend. He has a 2011 Mazda 2 and is currently investigating ways to add DAB radio and bluetooth streaming to his standard stereo system.
Can anybody point me (him) to the best solution. He is also toying with the idea of installing a whole new radio but this would be pretty expensive (I guess).

ps. I am surprised there are not more threads about car stereo stuff.

I think there is an ICE (in-car-entertainment) section.

There are a couple of companies out there who add modules to OEM stereos for this sort of thing, Connects2 springs to mind.

However the first things to resolve are -
Was DAB available as an option on any other trim levels for the same car?
As above, but bluetooth handsfree?

If another OEM unit with these features could be sourced it will be the best solution.

Other options are -
Parrot Bluetooth module
AutoDAB

Either is going to require some DIY / wiring skill on his part for installation.

These guys have pretty much every option for adding DAB. My car is single-DIN so I went with a new head unit and magnetic aerial.

This looks good. DAB, Bluetooth streaming is extra but will integrate with the factory head unit seamlessly. Plus price includes fitting.
