windscreen washer doesn't squirt...

Nothing comes out of the washers, I haven't run out of liquid, any ideas ?

Feed pipe come off? Is the motor running when you push the wash button? If it is, check under the car to see if the water is coming out on the floor.
Then again in this weather it could just be ice blocking the holes!

My feed pipe had melted on the exhaust. Undid the pipes to take the inner bonnet off, and it must have caught the exhaust.

How spooky, only 2 days ago I had the same snag. Pressed the button and clouds of steam came up, no prizes for guessing what had happened. There was a slight twist though, the pipe had not come off but slipped down near the zorst and melted. I bought one pack of 5mm clear pipe (about 2m) and one T connector. Had to take off both inner bonnets and the air intake thingys. I snipped a bit off the end of the black pipe (the one that loops around the wiper) because the ends had cracked, probably due to age (1998 4.5). Connected it all back up and re-routed the pipe using those tie-wrap thingys and hey presto - it works. Total cost £4.68 but should cost you half that - I bought 2 packs of pipe and 2 lots of connectors because I didn't know how much I would need. Took about and hour to do because I noticed the tyres needed some black on them and I cleaned out the air intake as well, oh I also fixed some of the bolt thingys.

Lots of thingys on my car.

They are unreliable, but at the end of the day you'll be the one driving the Cerbera home.

Friend of mine has done a modification with the washers. He has fitted 2 nozzles from a Smart car (odd look when he asked for 2 since they only have onw wiper ) Fitted them to the wipers, much better now and no more loose pipe problems or dribbles either.
