red rag to a bull
Discussion
do you sometimes find that no mater how quiet a drive home you want , you get riled by some nomark climbing all over your back side ,and blasting his horn because you are slightly In the wrong lane going round one of them big big roundabouts in Milton Keynes, it never never happens in my van.

Once would be ok as the roads in Leeds are un-navigable. I consider myself reasonably intelligent with some common sense, but I get lost and confused driving in Leeds. Never been anywhere like it.Mr Ping said:

I honestly try not to cut people up but there are so many different lanes, its mind boggling, it they were not right on your arse, when its always clear to me if someone is not to sure which way they are going.
It also has the following features;
1) squeals when I first set off on a morning if it has been raining
2) Makes a weird grinding ish if i put a full left lock on whilst reversing
3) When the roof retracts, once the fabric has gone all the way down and it is time for the cover / lid to lower itself back onto the car it sometimes just gets stuck and whirrs away doing nothing, have to click up and down a few times to make it work
4) The windows occasionally decide to lower themselves after going all the way to the top, either side, for no apparent reason.
5) The windows do point 4 except not whilst i am in the car, they might decide to just fully lower themselves for no apparent reason overnight or whilst i am out shopping
6) One of the plastic bits under the front bumper is actually held on with double sided velcro which i found in a drawer - I CBA to get it fixed properly and used it as a temp solution - this has been like this for 5 years now
7) The headlights keep steaming up
8) Headlight bulbs go pop every couple of months
9) Sun visors have had the covers snapped off by my little boy
10) Centre console broke, got the repair kit in my wardrobe but CBA sorting it out
and I still refuse to sell the thing cos its great

(1) is the serpentine belt slipping. Either it is getting wet or damp when the car sits out overnight or the belt is worn or the tensioner is loosing its tension. Belt is supposed to be changed every so many miles or years.1) squeals when I first set off on a morning if it has been raining

(2) is normal as the inside front tire is skipping/scrubbing as you back the car out.
(3) I do not know offhand.
(4) and (5) reads like water is in the doors.
(6) is because you are a cheap and lazy so and so. (Welcome to the club: I have to admit I had a wheel liner hanging down and I "fixed" it with some tape while on the road. I drove the car that way for a long time. The car was hit -- while stopped at a light -- and the front bumper was damaged. But the other driver's insurance company refused to pay for a new bumper cover because of the tape. The insurance company argued the bumper was damaged to begin with.)
(7) IIRC the headlights are vented. Reads like the vent tubes are blocked. A Porsche tech would know for sure. This will corrode the contacts over time and possibly ruin the connector of the wiring harness or the connectors at the light. A new light can cost, in the case of my 996 Turbo, almost $2K.
(8) See (7) above.
(9) Kids.
(10) Laziness.
