M3 e30 seat fabric needed!

Gents,

I'm looking for both fabrics on this seat. BMW shows as NLA... all help appreciatted:

Looks the same as the 'dogtooth' check pattern and grey cloth used on some non 'M' E30's in about 1986/87 (I had a 320i with this seat covering). Can you check whether BMW have this material under a different part number as they are known to have differing ID codes for 'M' cars and standard models in the range even though it is essentially the same part/material?

Alternatively. I'm sure a good upholsterer could find suitable material.
