XJS - Venting power steering fluid over engine bay

When turning the steering wheel the power steering system seems to be venting a fine mist of fluid out of the breather hole at the top of the reservoir cap. It seems to vent if you turn the wheel then suddenly stop turning (tested with the engine running and parked up)
Does anyone know what this could be?
