Hi all
Some of you may know that a friend of mine and regular PHer "evoslayer" died suddenly a few weeks ago unfortunately.
A massive shock to friends and family.
Andy was a massive petrol head and a bloody perfectionist to say the least.
His family have asked me to sell his beloved 996 turbo on their behalf which i'm obviously honoured to do.
As soon as i have the full spec and pics i will be putting a full ad on PH obviously.

I can talk from experience that this car is beautiful and will be a credit to its next owner. It is absolutely stunning condition i will vouch for this as Andy was very much like me with his cars, he was also very good with the spanners as he had the facilities to do a lot of the work himself.

As i said a full ad will be posted soon.

Thanks Ed

Can definitely vouch for the condition of this turbo.... Andy was a fanatic about it being absolutely perfect.

The new owner will be buying a special machine.

That is indeed an honour and looks like you've done a sterling job. Good on you mate.

Hope you get right buyer and not too many time wasters. (Price seems very fair).

When I sold my turbo, I put in the advert "I am open to offers only when you have viewed the car". Seemed to reduce the inevitable chancers phoning up asking "what's the lowest you'll take?"

Fair play.
I can normally tell the chancers you can read them like a book, also ignore emails such as "What will you take for cash?"

Excellent result. Not at all surprised this has gone quickly. I reckon at that money, it represented a bargain.

Hope for your's and the Family's sake that the sale goes smoothly. I didn't know Andy but have read a lot of his posts, he was definitely very knowledgeable.

RIP fella.
