My mate bought a car from Ireland with a refreshed engine , however the engine was sealed from an authorized dealer in Ireland and not an RPE seal. Any info regarding this person please? Cheers

Absolutely no relationship/nothing to do with RPE as far as I'm aware.

No idea. The engine is sealed however not from rpe. He was told that the person is an authorized rpe operator.

It is a long shot I know, but perhaps RPE might know who their authorised dealers are?

Ok ok ok ok. Got info that the guy's name is Ivor Greenwood and obviously isn't recognized by rpe. So either he tampered with the seal or else the refresh wasn't done.

Or it's not an RPE seal?

Hi Simon, RPE confirmed the seal no. Matches the engine number , so don't really know what's going on

I live in Ireland but and run a RPE engine but never heard any agent here. Holeshot are the company here for hyabusa engines but NI has a large bike racing building group and lots of capable guys. Only 2/3 radicals in south ( sr8/pr6)

So it is an RPE sealed engine then?

confused

... or he bought an RPE sealed engine and sold it on untouched?

"Tampering" is a pretty serious expression to choose.

Are you telling us the whole story?

I don't know the whole story, if I did I wouldn't be asking any questions

To be candid, I have absolutely no idea what it is you're asking now - particularly as you've said in the other thread that you've already made contact with this Greenwood chap.

I doubt you could be any more vague if you tried.
