Doesn't look like an average speed camera to me and I couldn't find the other side of the cameras to make it an average speed one

Looks like one of those cameras to detect people taking photos of cameras while driving.;)

My guess, it's a simple lane monitoring camera, detecting congestion and such.

I was thinking this as well. There is only one of these coming back from Gt Yarmouth to Lowestoft it cannot be average speed.

yup ANPR and the cameras (not the mount pole) are EVERY WHERE if you look
for them how do you think
the new diskless VED and future road pricing will be monitored?
along with the fringe benefit that those that control the system
will be able to track any car just about anywhere!
