The chap that bought the race tuscan which was supposed to be road legal, but had all the problems with v5 forms and MOTs etc.

There was a website devoted to the car, but I can't find it now. If he ever got that thing street legal it would have been awesome!

That is indeed the same car, and currently in the process of being stripped down for a rebuild. Its going to take quite a few months to get it finished, but hopefully it should be on the road by next summer.
