Punctuation in title header bug

I know you've pretty much fixed this now but if you post in a thread and then click return to the thread in a thread that has an apostrophe in the title it craps out with the error occurred page, an example is when i clicked return to the thread on this thread obviously when i edited the url to dump out &nmt=... it sorted it.
