I've got all the stuff I took last year...

Somewhere.

I keep meaning to look it all out and put it in a pile ready to transfer to the car on the evening before we set off at stupid o'clock to get the 7.30 ferry.

I've got to sticker the car soon so my mates at work can have a laugh or nod in appreciation.

This weekends itinerary:

Today - get all the gear out and see if it will fit in the coolbox sized boot of the car, if not, make a decision on what to leave behind, could be a close call between the wife or the camping gear.

Tonight, drink copious amounts of gin and look at all last years pictures and videos.

Later tonight, watch Steve McQueen Lemans (havent seen it before).

Early hours of the tomorrow - try to drink more gin whilst looking at the countdown timer shouting "omg its only 17 days etc"

Sunday - recover from gin induced hangover and more than likely buy more junk that a) i wont use and b) wont fit in the chuffing car.

Is it just me......

Yep, watching it too, tents erected, bbq (although no mergez sausages) and plenty of lager-like any sportsman training before the event is important ;-)
