You need an MSA National B license but its just a question of paying them the money, no exams or tests. Go stick some number on it.

Not sure how they "Police" it but there are occasionally events at Prescott that allow an ""Untimed Accent" of the hill, no helmets or safety equipment needed, so long as the car is all legal and driver holds full licence. I believe Cheltenham Lions Club or similar arrange it, a tenner a run ! Will have to investigate !
