There seems to be an awful lot of Tag Heuer promotion at the Monaco GP i.e. Grid girls and signage.

I thought Rolex were the official timekeeper of F1?

Tag are official sponsors of the Monaco GP, same as Santander Sponsor the Spanish GP.

I seem to associate Heuer with motorsport far more than I do Rolex, which seems a bit, well, tennisy rather than motorsporty.

Rolex sponsor Formula 1.

Tag have an agreement with ACM in Monaco, therefore they have signs scattered around the circuit. Same deal with Zepter, yet neither are sponsors of the GP.

Remember Tag through the Ojjeh family is part of McLaren.

I know Tag get a kicking from "proper watch-istas" But that genuine link to F1 means I'll always want their product over say Breitling

I always find it odd that a kitchen utensils manufacturer would sponsor a race.

Zepter used to sponsor 1 or maybe 2 teams.
