email notifications are wrong.

In the threads I start and get notifications for I get an email when someone replies.

One link for full site, one link for Mobile. The Mobile kink is the same as the full.

Yep. Sorry, we're trying to move away from mobile.pistonheads.com and the email links change was one of our developers too quick to the gun.

We're working through feedback with the header at the moment so we'll get to this as soon as we can.
