Revell 1/76 Sd.Kfz.173 Jagdpanther
Discussion
Kit manufacture: Revell
Scale: 1/76
Type: Sd.Kfz.173 Jagdpanther
Extras used: None
Paints and colours used: Tamiya Dark Yellow, Tamiya Nato Green, thinned washes of Smoke and Mig Europe Dust. Added a few rust patches with Tamiya Red Brown
Had his one sitting around in its basecoat for a couple of years now, so thought I better finish such a simple kit.

Yes I think it is the Matchbox one, as it comes with a little diorama base.
Thanks for the comments guys.
It definitely is then. Those original Matchbox kits were pretty nice - and they came with the diorama bases - which was a bit of a bonus. Thanks for the comments guys.
Revell Germany inherited these kits when they acquired most of the Matchbox moulds.

I'd forgotten how small 1/76 is!
Brilliant job, looks so much larger without the paint to give scale.
For ages now, I have wanted one of these in 1/6th scale, RC with all the bells and whistles (or should that be engine sound and smoke?)
Keep an eye on the Armortek website, they make batches of these from time to time. 1/6 scale, steel and aluminium, complete with bangs and smoke if you want it. Not cheap, same price roughly as a small car if you get the whole works.Brilliant job, looks so much larger without the paint to give scale.

Current kits are the Mark IV and 25 pounder.
