Hi all

My apologies first as I'm a piston head/classic car virgin. I've got to the 'special age' where I need a hobby and have my heart set on the frustrations of adopting a beetle. Finding one that I can revitalise whilst not having to resuscitate it taking some doing! I keep seeing Mexican imports...is this a swear word or an option to give due consideration? I know what looks like and where to find it on a pup, and have an appreciation of engines...but a Mexican import...good, bad or evil?
