Actually, up until 2 weeks ago, mine was completely original, even the radio cassette player!

But I've had the rocker covers powder coated, not really a modification but they're now not original:

FAIL .... Not original .... Has a Leven Oil Cap not a Rover Orange plastic one .

I'm not sure that one way valve on the vacuum advance to the top of the plenum is original. I don't have one anyway!

Saw a totally original 450 this evening. One owner from new, immaculate interior, just a few stone chips and 76,000 onthe clock to prove it has been used daily.

(Actually, just realised I don't qualify for membership - phew - as I had an up rated camshaft fitted when the lobes on the original magically disappeared !)

It's not a nice name but in 20 years time who'll be the coccs then! Think about it, my yellow oil cap will be worth millions lol.
And the original ones may still actually run!
Mines not original either but feel someone should defend the rights of the average cocc .
