Logging In Query

Yesterday, I had an issue logging in where the password box would not accept any characters. User name fine but password field nothing. It did work after a while so don't know if it was an issue or a problem at my end. It did get me thinking though - how do you advise the PH web guys you have a problem if you can't log in ? Is there a generic email address to highlight your particular issue. Curious.
