Seriously?! As in a Mclaren P1 yes? yum

I shouldn't really as I'm struggling for cash at the moment but if there's a P1 I'll make it happen. I'm desperate to see one in the metal.

That's as long as a peasant like myself is welcome? You lot have far nicer and more expensive cars than I could even dream of lol.

Haha gutted!! Should have figured that out.
Love the 12C as well but not quite the same... Well, I'll say no for now then. May get myself there still depending on funds. Will let you know.

I wouldn't bank on it, I paid £5k for my Tuscan & it looks like a dog close up! Still she goes well enough & likes to play out with the 'bigger boys' (hussy!), but surely it's just about the fun of driving anyway? If you can just about keep up then it won't matter what you're in, will it?!

Nope everything was present, but it had been stood for nigh on 7 years. Outside. Filling with water. It looked a complete and utter mess! I bought it in May 2012, took it to a garage in Hull on a trailer & got it back early August. 3 weeks later I drove around Europe in it for 2 weeks!

Can't join you but if anyone wants to take in a bit of motorsport in the afternoon why not call in at Harewood Hillclimb, not far from the A1 near Wetherby with some good entries for Sunday - it is the Classic and Vintage event. Full details here - http://www.harewoodhill.com/events/

Wow! Very well done! Knowing my luck though it would blow up 10 miles down road if I bought a cheaper one like that.
You make an excellent point though, doesn't really matter it doesn't quite match some of the other cars going.
I'm still hoping to make it, but I'm paying for some repairs and works doing on Saturday and not 100% sure how much I'll have left at the end of it. Then again, ive not been able to drive her properly for last 2 months or so since my backbox collapsed so I'm dying to get out in it again....

Oh man - have been waiting for a Logbert drive out, but think i've committed to the touring cars at Oulton on Sunday already - hope we all have a great day, and if the BTCC is cancelled then I'm coming too.

Hah, it's been a while since there was a Dales drive but nobody was stepping forward - looks like Logbert blinked first!

Have a great day out, I'd love to come but I'm already committed to racing around cones in a Manchester carpark.
