....didn't start well - actually it just didn't start at all! After a few attempts it burst into life and strangely the starter solenoid behaves itself when it's wamred up. Weird.

Hilarious watching the rear end of the car snaking around trying to get traction when getting the front wheels out of the brake test rollers!

Anyway, we're now officially on the road! (well I will be when I get my tax tomorrow!) smile

That was the pisser that the roads were wet so couldn't do any of the above, however, engine felt strong and sounded good.

Congratulations. As said hopefully now your up and running your enjoyment of the wedge will be rekindled. Hopefully you'll be joining us for the SE convoy to the fest too. smile

Not just yet! Starter motor is still messing around and she's now missing when first started - takes a while to clear and fire on all 8 fire. Not even my Cerbera was this unreliable!

I had a problem with my solenoid last year and again this year,both times it was water in the Solienoid
£17.00 to have refurbed!
Works great, however, there is a design fault someware!!

Yes - you live on the wrong side of the country! We don't have that problem in East Anglia ;^)
