Meguiar's G220 V2 - which pads/polishes?

Hi all,
I have a Meguiar's G220 V2 polisher, but currently no pads or polishes. I want to polish my e46 (grey paint, no deep scratches).
DW seems scary, so I thought I'd ask here first. What pads/polishes should I get? I have a load of Autoglym SRP and EGP - can I use this? Is it worth getting the blue tape stuff to put around the windows? Is there anything else I should consider?
