At present i have a spare 4.2 ajp and a chim i want to move on you never know ,mate the two .

Thats why i have a spare ajp EGB it came out of a cerbera into which is going an ls3.

Good choices. Like me, I have 5 Sufolk Colt engines. May fit one on the back of my bicycle. It can be done !!

He put an LS into a Chim, not an AJP. But it's been done as has been mentioned.

So if, like John, you have a complete AJP engine plus all the peripherals and ECU, it's the same gearbox as the Chim, just a different clutch. How difficult a job is it to get the AJP to run in a Chim? As big a problem as the LS, or easier?

Not that i want to thrash a certain 5.5 Chim on the track.......

power isnt everything lol but I would love this! I do like my car to be different aswell and whilst its been done, LS route has been done more, after going in the tuscan and seeing how the speed 6 pulls and the lap times it can do would certainly be worth a look!

Ah yes sorry mix up there, Clive f had one in a griff which of course is pretty much the same as a chim, plus an unbelievable set of manifolds he made.

There is also an ajp chimaera which used to reside in Ireland - not sure if it is still there? Plus another ajp griff... It's theoretically pretty easy as it's smaller than an rv8, you just need different manifolds and intake etc...
