Where to invest £200k for 6 months?

Tempted as i am to opt for a nice new Ferrari 458, i am looking for sensible suggestions on where to store my house sale proceeds for the next 6 months.

Already maxed out Santander 123 for both me and the mrs. Any other suggestions?

You can have more than one Santander 123 each. Plus you can have a joint one.

The there's TSB accounts too, but only up to £2k in each.
