(1) How can a nurse afford to run a Boxster?

(2) Strange number plate L1 RUI (her name) but how is that possible - it's not a number plate that would be legal in Britain. Can anyone work out what it really is? It may help the police trace its last movements.
1. She may be married to a person who also earns money, perhaps even more than her, thereby being able to afford more than she could on a nurses salary. She could be from a very rich family even. Just two examples.

2. Uh, L1 RUI would be a perfectly legal plate.

A wind up in what respect? You cant have an I in an English registered number of that format, so its a reasonable question.

No help needed in finding her number though, as the car and the persons body have both been discovered.

Luke.

You don't have to be rich to run a Boxter anyway.
Great number plate.
Shame we only get to see it in such tragic circumstances.

A wind up as in the assumption that a nurse cannot afford to run a boxster. Seriously?

Or are Boxsters out of the reach of us mere mortals suddenly?

No, no Is in English plates. I & Z were reserved for Northern Irish plates until 2001.

It could be 11 RUI of course.

What are the higher scales of nurses wages?

Frankly I'm surprised she's driving a cheap one.

Some people really are major thick pricks.

The days of nurses being poorly paid are twenty years passed.

Yes, the car has been discovered but I believe the police want to know if anyone saw it after she left work.

Strange and very sad story, but two questions occur to me:-

(1) How can a nurse afford to run a Boxster?

(2) Strange number plate L1 RUI (her name) but how is that possible - it's not a number plate that would be legal in Britain. Can anyone work out what it really is? It may help the police trace its last movements.
A young woman has very possibly been murdered - and THOSE are the two questions that occurred to you?

"How could you afford to run a Porsche Boxster on a nurse's wage?"

What a silly statement to make. Nurses on average make £30k a year and you could quite easily run a Porsche Boxster on that.

Me thinks the OP is looking for a conspiracy somewhere...

This.
I cant believe the OP gives practically no thought in to how this poor woman died but gives a damn about what the wonan was driving and her reg plate.

Amongst others of course - the others don't really need saying on here. Although based on your response, perhaps they did.

And I'm pleased you think 44 is "young".

My thought too, but the truncation is gratuitous.
