wanted: info on 997 LHD

Fried in France wants to buy a s/h 997 - he's been offered a 2006 one with 130k ams on it from an OPC for €40k - seems a lot to me. Anyone any ideas advice on what they cost in Europe (or here, but in LHD?)

Note however that continental prices are generally pretty strong compared to here right now.
