Recommendation: building contractor for house rennovation

We have potentially found a new property over towards Binfield but it needs some work which are beyond my skills - specifically

10m x 3.5m single storey extension
3m x 4m single storey porch (pitched roof)
new kitchen / wet room/ main bathroom
potential loft conversion

I know this is a minefield wrt getting a main contractor in to do the work and oversee it as a Project

I would be really grateful for any recommendation from folk.... thanks, NbD
