Risking the wrath of N17
I would like to post a favourable thanks to L3VEN.
They finally managed something that others over the past two yeas have failed to do - Fix My Speedo!. They accomplished this using sound engineering logic and common sense, avoiding the need to remove the speedo head. Also sorted some minor niggles 100% satisfactorily and even cleaned the car!

Thought somebody may have have some comment - even negative.

Don't you just bloody hate that! You post a topic and not a single bloody person replies!!
Like this one I posted a week or two ago. I was pretty excited about getting my pre-cats removed and telling everyone!
You can almost hear the tumbleweed drifting across that one FFS!!
I guess it's because it isn't news .. everyone knows leven are great anyway
I had a similar thing not long ago .. did over 3 weeks of suspension testing to come up with the latest incarnation of the nitrons, massive investment in time and money .. one reply!
Maybe if you'd titled it *speeding lesbian given DHSS money to pay fine, then given holiday as reward* and slipped the leven bit in somewhere you'd have got more replies ...
fact of life .. people just don't like good news anymore

Rog, I think it's wunderbar that after trying every mechanic / engineering shop in a 100 mile radius that someone has finally met your very exacting standards.
I guess they were also very lucky that it didn't rain during the time they had your car
All power to their elbow(s) !
Hi Rog, obviously they didn't change the oil, cos your Mobil 1 is still sitting in my garage. I am about this week if you are passing on your way home.
Good news about the speedo, i may get them to look at my odometer as its still stuck at 50k (since October) and no amount of tapping or flicking will clear it.
If i plug them as well will i get a discount too?

So was the problem like a couple of lesbos going at it with a big dildo - back and forth repeatedly? I've got the same problem and interested to know how they did it without taking the head off

To use your analogy they attacked the arse end. Error at gauge compensated by different toothed wheel on prop at diff. end. Sorted. What exactly id your problem? - mail off line if you like.

Nothing so embarrassing that I can't post post here..! With more and more frequency, the speedo needle and digital just goes up and down, off the scale and back to zero. Sometimes just conks out on zero. Doesn't bother me immensly, but will fail the Swiss MOT in another year. Figured I'd just have Power change the sensor or whatever during the RR upgrade. Targarama was saying there are revised design sensors around... Will give Leven a call though. Cheers and happy
