New F56 Mini - Paintwork problems

Had my new Mini delivered straight to my detailer (with the protective wrapping still on the panels) -

The quality of the paintwork was abysmal. Looks like someone in the factory has gone at it with a belt sander.
Delivery has been refused. Ironically, our previous Mini was also refused due to paintwork defects. I've heard from my detailer that another detailer's customer had the same issues and refused delivery also.
I would be worried about who is using the rotary polisher in the factory. Chances are, the same guy will be doing the same thing to countless other Minis on the production line.
